LA Marathon
Congratulations to Brendan Kavanagh who finished the Los Angeles Marathon on Sunday morning in a time of 3:11. Out of 16,491 runners Brendan came 181st, pretty impressive.

The Nova Marathon Challenge

LA Marathon
Brendan Kavanagh is off to Los Angeles this weekend to run the LA Marathon with the team from Honda Alliston. So good luck, remember to look out for Halle. We'll be watching.

Run a Marathon & Drink Wine
Do you like to drink wine, we know you like to run. Why not combine the two at the Marathon Du Medoc in France. This years race is on September 6th and run through the vinyards of Bourdeaux.
