It is said a picture is worth a thousand words. He is Brendan trying out the latest sport drink from Guinness. Although it might be little hard to carry around for 26 miles.

The Nova Marathon Challenge
In case you missed it last fall here is a link to the PBS Program Nova's Marathon Challenge. Whether you've never run a marathon, are thinking of it or are a seasoned marathoner if this video doesn't inspire then nothing will. Also if you ran Boston last year it will bring back memories.

Chilly Half
You can tell race season is coming back to Ontario when we have 2 races on consecutive weekends. This coming weekend is the Chilly Half Marathon in Burlington. Should be interesting as they have changed the start finish form previous years. A lot of RoadRunners are on their way down there this weekend so good luck to all. Lets have some pictures and race reports afterwards.
