Fall brings not only the best world-class marathons, but cross country running, and it's not just for high school students! Yesterday was the Ontario Masters 8k Cross Country Race at Sunnybrook Park. Barrie representation included Hellaina (as is tradition), who even garnered a second place age grouping medal.
