This weekend will see a number of our group going to Buffalo to do the Marathon or Half Marathon. Good luck to Brendan, Ron, Clarence, Brian, Keith, Roger, Krista, Scott, Nancy and Janet.
Looking for a chanllenge in your running, why not try the Creemore Vertical Challenge, part of the Ontario Ultra Series on July 7. It includes a 25k & a 50 k race and is the first time for this event. See link at the bottom of the page for more.
