Driven Athletics will be offering free demo crossfit workouts...come and test your fitness level!
Dr. Bill Cameron from Total Body Pain and Injury Clinic will be offering a flexibility and stretching session after the event.
Midland Tri Club will be selling cook books for $5.00 each.
