Some upcoming Events that may interest you

There a number of events that we have been advised of that may interest a few of our members, especially the Womens only 5k & 10k races in Milton on May 4th. This event is organized by Womens Triathlon and more information can be found here http://www.womenstriathlon.com/eve/RuntheFlats.htm.
On Sunday April 13th there will be a 5k & 10k race in Brampton, the 4th annual Run4hope in support of the Special Olympics. Info here: http://www.run4hope.com/

Chilly Half

Congratulations to all those who completed the Chilly half Marathon this past weekend there were some great results, from both the runners and the walkers.

LA Marathon

Congratulations to Brendan Kavanagh who finished the Los Angeles Marathon on Sunday morning in a time of 3:11. Out of 16,491 runners Brendan came 181st, pretty impressive.
