Lots of racing this past weekend with some great results. Kevin O'Neill and Krista Bolyea both broke 37 minutes in the Sporting Life 10k (36:03 & 36:45) and Jurgen Schubert broke 36 minutes (35:04), lots of other great results from Barrie and area runners, too many to list here.
In Cinncinati, Ohio Ron Leigh ran the Flying Pig in 3:26 and Sylvie Phillips 4:06. Sue Leigh ran the 10k in 1:10, great results.
In The Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, Joan Lascelles finished the 5k in 32 minutes, Keith Lascelles had a discouraging race walking injured the last 10 miles of the marathon to finish in 6 hours.(see race report)
