On a perfect morning for running on a beautiful course Keith Lascelles and Brendan Kavanagh competed in the 13th Annual Indianapolis. Both got PB's with Keith coming in under 3 hours although by the slimmest of margins, .5 seconds, 2:59:59:05. Brendan knocked 1 minute off his PB to come in at 3:02:24. Brendan was 2nd in his age group and Keith 5th. Pictures to come...

Keith & Brendan, absolutely fantastic. WOW!!! So happy for both of you. Not only finishing with your goal times but finishing 31st & 35th out of a field of 1134.
