This Saturday is the Creemore Vertical Challenge 25k & 50k. Apparently an extremely difficult course over roads and trails around Creemore, climbing the escarpment twice per loop. Scott Whynot is living up to his name and joining Kevin O'Neill and Keith Lascelles in attempting the 50k, while Oliver Owens is expecting to do the 25k. This wil be good training for the Jay Marathon in 3 weeks. Good luck guys.
